  • Registration is open for the 2012 Fall Conference, October 18 – 20 in Charleston, SC.  Join us for an event specially designed to help build, market and manage your practice and organization.

  • The ABA Section of Litigation is accepting applications for the 2012–2013 class of the Young Lawyers Leadership Program (YLLP). Now in its 12th year, this program is designed to help young lawyers become actively involved in the Section's meetings and committees.  The application deadline is August 20.
