Nevada Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance (OMLA)

The OMLA is a statewide program that provides pro bono legal assistance to active duty, reserve and National Guard service members for a variety of civil legal matters. The program also provides help to veterans with wills and powers of attorneys. To receive legal assistance from the OMLA, active military and reserve service members should seek referral from their Judge Advocate General. Veterans should seek referral from their Veterans Service Office.
