Bar has two public service programs: (1) Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) program and (2) our Modest Means program, known as the Qualified Income Legal Team (QUILT) program. A $10 discount on program fees is available to military personnel and their families who participate IN EITHER PROGRAM, and identify themselves as such.

In September 2010, the Bar developed a Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Pro Bono program, with a list of trained and participating attorneys who are called upon by the courts to provide pro bono representation to active-duty military and activated reservists. The pro bono representation is for the limited purpose of protecting the servicemembers' rights under the SCRA.

Bar also works closely with the local Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Legal Office to provide resources to military personnel and families on base, and to provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to attorneys about military-related topics (e.g., the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, or USERRA).
