SECTION NEWS United Nations E-Contracting Convention During an April 21st conference call the Section Council voted to send a report with recommendation to the ABA House of Delegates urging the U.S. Government to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts. The Sections of International Law and Business Law have agreed to co-sponsor the resolution and it will be go before the House of Delegates at the New York Annual Meeting. United Nations E-Contracting Convention

During an April 21st conference call the Section Council voted to send a report with recommendation to the ABA House of Delegates urging the U.S. Government to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts. The Sections of International Law and Business Law have agreed to co-sponsor the resolution and it will be go before the House of Delegates at the New York Annual Meeting.
