2004 Fall Meeting Social Events
Beverly Hilton Hotel
Los Angeles, California
Section Chair Lee Kolczun and the MAD team planning committee are pleased to announce the exciting social events to be offered during the 2004 Fall Meeting.
As a treat for those arriving early in Los Angeles, the Section will host a group visit to the NBC studios in Burbank, including tickets to a taping of the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Seats will be limited.
Thursday we will kick off the meeting with our Opening Session in a fully restored silent movie theater. Guests will be able to tour the facility and enjoy a silent film in the only theater of its kind in the United States. Immediately following the Opening Session, we will enjoy California cuisine in the shade of the palm trees on the theater’s beautiful terrace.
Save some energy for the party planned for Friday evening. You won’t want to miss this Difference Maker Dinner—with its Hollywood-style makeover! The event will feature live dance music, plenty of great food, and even a few “celebrity” special guests.
