Family Law Docket Working Group on Alternative Relationships Family Law announces the formation of a new Working Group on Alternative Relationships to examine these relationships and their impact on the practice of family law. Past Section Chair, Sandra Morgan Little has been appointed as chair of the group and has conducted a kick-off meeting. Online Resource Library Section begins implementing plans to build an online resource library. The library is a project of the Section’s Products Committee, chaired by Gregg M. Herman. The library will contain family law model forms, checklists, pleadings, etc., and will launch in the next several weeks. The Divorce Trial Manual Get information about the Section’s newest book, The Divorce Trial Manual, Co-Authored by Lynne Z. Gold-Bikin, Norristown, PA and Stephen Kolodny, Beverly Hills, CA. 2003-2004 Leadership New Council Leadership named for 2003-2004. 2004-2005 Nominations Nominations for Section leadership positions are being accepted for 2004-05. Recommendation 116B The Section was successful in getting its Recommendation 116B on The Standards of Practice for Lawyers Representing Children in Custody cases approved by the ABA House of Delegates during the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco. The House, with no amendments, approved the recommendation. Read the report.
