Urges Congress to pass the Disarm Hate Act or similar legislation that would amend 18 U.S.C. Sections 922(d) and (g) of the Gun Control Act of 1968; and urges federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments to pass legislation allowing individuals to petition courts to grant extreme risk protective orders.
