House of Delegates urges Congress to act on crimes against humanity

By John Glynn

The House of Delegates adopts Resolution 300, urging Congress to enact legislation to prevent and punish crimes against humanity.  Former ABA President Michael S. Greco speaks in favor of the resolution, which also urges the U.S. government to take an active role in the negotiation and adoption of a new global convention for the prevention and punishment of such crimes.

Resolution 300 was adopted on Aug. 12 during the 2014 Annual Meeting in Boston.
