ABA sections submit comments on Proposed Amendments to Brazilian Merger Regulation

WASHINGTON, April 21, 2014 — The American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and Section of International Law have submitted joint comments on the Brazilian Administrative Council of Economic Defense’s Public Consultation on Proposed Amendments to the Brazilian Merger Regulation.

These views are being presented only on behalf of the Section of Antitrust Law and Section of International Law. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
