Pessimism required for successful long-term strategies, says business guru

Business strategist Kaihan Krippendorff, author of Outthink the Competition, says that a successful long-term strategy requires a pessimistic look at the present.

Krippendorff was the keynote speaker at during a March 13 program at the 2014 ABA Bar Leadership Institute in Chicago. ABA BLI, a leadership training program for state, local and special-focus bar leaders, is presented annually by the Standing Committee on Bar Activities and Services and the Division for Bar Services.
