Video Highlights: Practitioners discuss impact of commercial drones in insurance law

As the demand for unmanned aerial systems, or drones, rises in the commercial air and space industry, lawyers are vital in shaping how these new systems will be insured, experts say during an Oct. 17 panel session of the American Bar Association Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section.

“The Rise of the Drones: The Anticipated Proliferation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Controlled Civilian Airspace” was part of the section’s conference,  Beyond the Horizon: What’s Next in Aviation and Space Law Litigation, Oct. 17-18.
