The Supreme Court will consider all these questions in its upcoming term. Legal and media experts will provide their insights on the Supreme Court term that begins in October during the On the Docket Program, sponsored by the American Bar Association Division for Public Education and the Woodrow Wilson Center, on Sept. 25 at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C.
Panelists include Renee Landers, professor at Suffolk University Law School; David Salmons, partner at Bingham McCutchen; David Savage, Supreme Court correspondent for the Los Angeles Times; and Stephen Wermiel, professor at American University’s Washington College of Law. John Milewski, host of “Dialogue,” will moderate the program.
