Jasper L. “Jack” Cummings, former associate chief counsel of the Internal Revenue Service, will focus on the Supreme Court’s relationship to federal taxation during his luncheon remarks on Nov. 16 during a 12:15 – 1:45 p.m. session. Gilbert S. Rothenberg, Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, will be the luncheon speaker on Nov. 17 from noon – 1:30 p.m. His remarks will serve as a view from the Department of Justice and explore trends in tax litigation.
