WASHINGTON, D.C., April 5, 2013 — The American Bar Association Sections of Antitrust Law and International Law have submitted comments (see link below) regarding the Mexican Competition Commission’s proposed regulation of the Federal Competition Law.

These views are being presented only on behalf of the Section of Antitrust Law and International Law. They have not been approved by the ABA House of Delegates or Board of Governors and should not be construed as representing the policy of the American Bar Association.
