About the Program
Although it is often referred to as "picking a jury," all trial lawyers know the best you can do in voir dire is "deselect" the potential jurors you don't like. Learn the newest techniques from veteran trial lawyers to identify potential jurors who will be unfavorable to you or your client.
Both plaintiff's and defense lawyers will share with you their secrets to success about how to establish your credibility with jurors as you inquire about their biases and prejudices. Learn from the masters about humanizing your corporate client by using corporate decision makers and explaining corporate concepts, and using juror questionnaires, internet technology, and other social media to your advantage.
This is a program that will offer insights and education for both the newest and the most experienced trial lawyers, and is not to be missed by either.
Please note: The ABA is not requesting CLE accreditation for this program. However, if interested, you may be able to apply for credit directly with your state bar(s). Please contact your state bar for regulations and guidelines.
