Many attorneys wish to have better work/life balance, especially while their children are young, but they also want to stay on partnership track and/or keep their careers on track.  Some firms already have part-time schedules, but many of them end up not truly being part-time, resulting in earning a part-time salary while working 40 hours each week.  The purpose of this teleconference is to assist attorneys in the negotiation of alternative work arrangements to provide better work/life balance while maintaining growth opportunities in one's career.

Moderator: Sakima Kelly, EBH Enterprises Inc., New York, NY

Speaker: Courtenay R. Dunn, Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg LLP, Philadelphia, PA

Speaker: Myra McKenzie, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Bentonville, AR
