About the Program
Litigation against lawyers is expanding as unhappy clients turn to malpractice law for remedies. With the explosion of legal malpractice actions has come a corresponding increase in practical and ethical difficulties inherent when lawyers pursue claims against other lawyers. This program features a panel discussion of best practices for avoiding legal malpractice claims, as well as the theories, defenses, and ethical considerations involved in pursuing or defending legal malpractice cases.
Please note: The ABA did not request CLE accreditation for this program.
