ABOUT THE PROGRAM

As lawyers, we know that harassment is a form of discrimination that violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other legal authority, but how can you handle harassment when you are the victim? Are you risking your career prospects if you address harassment? Although this situation should not present a quandary, in reality it often does.

Join employment attorneys and rainmakers Leto Copeley and Richard G. Vernon in a discussion about what to do when we experience harassment at the firm, from clients, or opposing counsel.  Participants will learn how to identify harassment including the grey areas.  They will also be given strategies for overcoming challenges faced when you are the victim of harassment.

This complimentary program is offered exclusively to ABA Members.
