ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The value of a good mentoring relationship is immeasurable when it comes to learning the tricks of the trade as well as becoming connected to those in the know and who possess the ability to succeed in our field. But the skills and strategies required to develop and maintain a meaningful mentor relationship often elude many in the role role of mentor or mentee.
Join Elizabeth Jolliffe, an experienced professional coach, business development expert, and former commercial litigator at Clark Hill PLC and learn how to create and maintain a meaningful mentor relationship, whether as a mentee or a mentor. After a brief presentation, Elizabeth will lead a discussion where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about current challenges and issues in developing an effective mentor relationship.
More information about the call—this call will last approximately one hour. No continuing legal education credits will be available. If you would like to ask questions about cultivating effective mentoring relationships before or during the program – please send an email to Christina Liu, the Chair of the ABA YLD Women in the Profession Committee.
