About the Program

Program Materials (PPT)
After reading the article “Do Women’s Initiatives Work?” by Deborah Graham, which was published in the June 2013 issue of the ABA Journal, many readers may have been motivated to start a women’s initiative in their workplace, but didn’t know where to start, how to maintain it or what challenges, if any they may face.  This program helps recognize the continued existence of gender bias, the need for women’s initiatives, the challenges in creating one and an example of one that is incredibly successful.

The program speakers contributed to Ms. Graham’s article.
