CLE PROGRAM: The Spread of Alternative Resolution Methods Within Local Courts – A Review
A survey of programs within local court systems that employ alternative dispute resolution practices. Attendees will learn of innovative ADR approaches from around the country. The presentation will examine how they were implemented, their success, and what it might take to advocate for a similar approach in their locale.
