The Commission on Women prints a program book every year for the Margaret Brent Achievement Awards Luncheon. This book is distributed to all guests attending the luncheon.

Pay tribute to women lawyers - honor worthy and talented women lawyers by purchasing a tribute page in the Commission's program book for:

  • One or all of the Margaret Brent honorees;
  • A personal mentor;
  • A trailblazer who helped pave the way for other women;
  • The first woman partner in your firm;
  • The women lawyers in your organization;
  • A judge who merits special recognition;
  • A bar leader;
  • A deserving colleague;
  • A friend or family member; and/or
  • Former Margaret Brent honorees.

Program Book Page Trim Size: 8.5" wide x 11" high

Ad Sizes/Costs:

  • Full-page ad: 7.5" wide x 10" high - $1,000
  • Half-page ad: 7.5" wide x 4.75" high - $500
  • Quarter-page ad: 3.5" wide x 4.75" high - $250

Ad Color:

  • Back cover, inside front cover, inside back cover: 4-color process (cmyk)
  • Inside pages: Black/white

Ad Templates:

If you prefer, you can use our template for a 1/2-page ad or a 1/4-page ad. Simply provide your logo (if you have one), along with name, contact information, and the award recipient you are honoring. We have the honorees' photos on hand. View the templates and acceptable formats for logos

Eps: Illustrator CS5 eps file (or earlier version) with all linked pictures provided,and fonts saved as outline; color ads cmyk (convert all rgb/spot color to cmyk),pages black/white only (convert all color in file to bw)

Quark: Quark 8.5/Mac files (or earlier version) with all pictures (300 resolution minimum) and fonts (open/postscript only) provided; color ads cmyk (convert allrgb/spot color to cmyk), pages black/white only (convert all color in file to bw)
