The Commission’s newest publication, The Road to Independence, contains 101 letters recounting the experiences and insights of women lawyers who have taken the courageous and difficult step of creating a law firm of their own, either as a solo or with others. Panelists will discuss why an increasing number of women are opting to create their own law firms and will share practical advice and lessons learned. This program will serve as a catalyst and inspiration for any woman lawyer contemplating the possibility of blazing her own trail to success and fulfillment.
