The Day of Equality is an entire day of programs sponsored by a wide variety of ABA entities focusing on issues relevant to women lawyers. At the end of the day, hundreds of women (and men) - Association member and beyond - will come together for celebration and inspiration at the Equalitea. The Equalitea is a tea/rally/reception that will celebrate all that the Commission on Women has accomplished in the past 20 years, highlight and thank the CLE program participants, and issue a call to action regarding the work that still needs to be done to achieve full equality in the profession.

It will celebrate all the Commission on Women has accomplished in the past 20 years, highlight and thank the CLE program participants, and issue a call to action regarding the work that still needs to be done to achieve full equality in the profession.
