The RPTE Section produces a wealth of information for our members, ranging from practice basics to in-depth discussions of specific issues and topics.
Based on work products of our Probate & Property magazine, Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, eReport and CLE Committee, we want to provide prospective and current Section members with an overview of the materials available to them at both fundamental and advanced topic levels, as may be valuable in accordance with particular projects and client representation in new or established practice settings. The "Real Property Law Portal" and the "Trust and Estate Law Portal" below provide summaries and, when available, links to a selection of recent substantive articles and CLE programs that have been classified under the following designations:
FUNDAMENTAL: Broad based generalized or conceptual discussions of an issue, case or concept requiring only a general law background.
ADVANCED: Specific issue, application, case or in-depth technical discussion.
