- About Us
Your level of involvement in a group or committee is entirely up to you. You can become very involved, or you can stay on the sidelines and still have access to the latest information and developments in your group or committee's area of expertise.
If you're already an ABA member, simply add the Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law to your membership. The Section dues are $70 annually. Use your ABA membership ID to log in to the ABA website. If you need help with your password, or to join the Section by phone or mail, contact the ABA Service Center at 800-285-2221 to speak with a membership representative. You must first be a member of the ABA to join the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.
With more than 400,000 members, the American Bar Association is the largest voluntary professional membership organization in the world. As the national voice of the legal profession, the ABA works to improve the administration of justice, promotes programs that assist lawyers and judges in their work, accredits law schools, provides continuing legal education, and works to build public understanding around the world of the importance of the rule of law.
