ProBAR provides pro bono legal services and legal orientations for indigent, detained immigrants in south Texas. ProBAR assists detained unaccompanied immigrant children through representation and by training and coordinating the work of pro bono attorneys, and providing information to the children and their families.
VAIJ offers pro bono legal assistance to detained indigent immigrants in Washington State, including adults and unaccompanied minors. VAIJ also holds legal orientations for unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings while coordinating with pro bono attorneys to provide representation and information.
IJP aims to promote due process and access to justice at all levels of the immigration and appellate court system through pro bono legal services for both detained and non-detained immigrants in removal proceedings. IJP recruits, trains and mentors volunteer attorneys and law students and provides legal orientations to adult detainees.
