New York City Bar Association Law Day Event

The New York City Bar Association’s Legal Referral Service, together with the New York State Courts Access to Justice Community Outreach Program, is holding free legal information fairs in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens in observance of National Law Day, marking the 20th anniversary of City Bar participation.

The annual events offer residents the opportunity to learn about their legal rights and discover whether they have a legal issue and when to consult with a lawyer. Lawyers will be available to provide basic information and advice on such issues as landlord/tenant disputes, immigration, discrimination, starting a small business, estate planning, small claims court, divorce and family law, and more.
