The 502 Installation Support Group, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, JBSA-Lackland, is hosting an art contest for all Active Duty, Air National Guard, Reserve Component service members stationed at JBSA-Lackland, their children, and Dept. of Defense civilians working at JBSA-Lackland. Entry forms and rules can be picked up at the Legal Office located at 1701 Kenly Avenue, Room 125. All entries must be turned in to the Legal Office by 3:00 p.m. on May 15, 2014. All artwork must be related to this year’s Law Day theme, “American Democracy and the Rule of Law – Why Every Vote Matters.” Participants will be judged in the following age categories: 5-10, 11-20, 21-40, and 41-up. First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded in each age category. Winners will be notified by personal email address or by phone. Winners must agree to allow their art to be published in any medium (news print, social media, etc.). Winning entries will be displayed in the JBSA–Lackland Legal Office for the entire month of June.
