Kutak Commission Drafts
The Commission on Evaluation of Professional Standards (Kutak Commission) drafted the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which were adopted by the ABA House of Delegates in 1983. These preliminary drafts were produced by the Commission in the process of writing the Rules.
