Center for Professional Responsibility
American Bar Association
541 North Fairbanks Court
Chicago, IL 60611-3314
Dear Mr. Simmons:
The purpose of this letter is to express the Indiana Grocery and Convenience Store Association's (IGCSA) support for the consideration of multidisciplinary practices by the American Bar Association.
IGCSA receives many calls from our over 3000 member stores, within the state of Indiana, seeking answers to legal questions. Just as our members modify their product mix to provide "one-stop-shopping," we feel it would be more economically feasible for lawyers to provide legal services by bundling professional services into multidisciplinary firms.
We sincerely hope that you will allow more flexibility for bar certified attorneys to participate in multidisciplinary practices. Thank you for your consideration.
For the Board of Directors,
Joseph A. Lackey, CAE
