Dear Mr. Simmons:

On behalf of the Arc of Washington State and its two thousand members, I would like to express our support for the consideration of multidisciplinary practices by the American Bar Association.

People with developmental disabilities and their families need a variety of services for many different reasons.  It would be very beneficial for them to access those services at one location.

We hope there is more flexibility for board certified attorneys to participate in multidisciplinary practices.
