The ABA Standing Committee on Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS) has responded to the call made by the ABA Commission on Ethics 20/20 for comment on its initial draft proposal regarding lawyers’ use of technology and client development tools. The LRIS Committee’s comments relate to the Commission’s proposed changes to the commentary attached to Model Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2.
