The ABA and partners are actively working to address the problem of inadequate court funding. We are pleased to present this portal as an educational resource and tool for action.
The LUB project focuses on the importance of fair and impartial courts. The LUB project has developed the materials which include sample editorials, op-ed pieces, letters to the editor, DVD and a message platform on the importance of "fair and impartial courts" to our democratic society.

The Model Code of Judicial Conduct is intended to establish standards for ethical conduct of judges, provide guidance to judges and candidates for judicial office and provide structure for regulating conduct through disciplinary agencies.
Through its exciting programs, the Judicial Division provides training, discussion and insight into today's hot issues. In addition to complimentary programs, JD members have access to past program materials.
