Ondra, the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Northwestern Medical Hospital, who previously served as a member of President Barack Obama’s Administration.
About the Program
On June 28, 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision in National Federation of Independent Business et. al. v. Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services. The decision and the legislation it upholds, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, have important ramifications for physicians across the country and their attorneys. This teleconference will provide an outline of the practical ramifications for physicians and a broad-spectrum discussion of the repercussions of the decision.
