The ABA Military Lawyers Coordinating Committee (MLCC) was created to serve the ABA's military lawyer members. With so many online resources for military lawyers, locating all of them can pose a challenge. To simplify this and keep members well informed of new offerings, the MLCC has compiled this listing of links to ABA member groups, events, programs, and resources that may be of particular interest to military lawyers.

Changes to the Manual for Courts-Martial
You can access it at this link: President Obama signed an Executive Order amending the Manual for Courts-Martial. The Federal Register containing the changes and the Executive Order are now available on the web site of the Standing Committee on Armed Forces Law, American Bar Association.

In February 2012, the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates passed a resolution urging bar admission authorities to adopt rules, regulations and procedures that accommodate the unique needs of military spouse attorneys, who move frequently in support of the nation’s defense. On March 7, 2013 the North Carolina Supreme Court adopted a military spouse attorney admission rule.
