consent, manage the tension between their duty to maintain client confidences about possible settlement terms and their duty to avoid any

Deportation Without Representation
Co-sponsored with the Commission on Immigration

People in deportation proceedings who face banishment from the U.S. do not have the right to appointed counsel, although those with counsel
are approximately 1,000% more likely to prevent their deportation. This program will address innovative programs which are being implemented to provide representation to this vulnerable population.
