Moscone Convention Center

Financial experts often speak a language full of financial mumble-jumble not always understandable by the vast majority of the English-speaking population. These financial concepts must be presented in the real world “language” of the attorneys to the court.

In this session, our two presenting experts–a forensic CPA and a trial attorney–will demonstrate proven approaches to communicating complex financial concepts to the users of financial information in legal proceedings. They will focus on pretrial interaction between retaining counsel and the financial forensic expert, written and demonstrative communications, and effective presentation of the financial expert in trial.

Carlton Marcyan, Esq., CPA, Chicago, IL
