The Inaugural launch of the American Bar Association’s National Forum on Diversity and Inclusion in the Profession of Law (formerly the Minority Counsel Program), co-sponsored by Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession of Law and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is being held in Chicago, Illinois!
Learn from nationally recognized experts in the Rule of Law and Diversity and Inclusion. The plenary session will address today’s hot topics on diversity and inclusion issues confronting law firms, judicial processes, and the workplace. General sessions will provide real world examples of rule of law concerns from the perspective of legal professionals representing such ABA rule of law sections that include but not limited to criminal justice; immigration; administrative law and regulatory practice; international law; antitrust; and cyber security from throughout the country.
Featured this year will be a moderated panel that includes the ABA president, president elect, and key judicial and legal experts who this year will address the issues of police brutality and judicial implications.
