Minority Counsel Program

The Minority Counsel Program promotes diversity in the legal profession through education and relationship-building between corporations and lawyers who are racially and/or ethnically diverse. The purpose is to promote career growth and professional development for attorneys of color, both in house and at majority and minority-owned law firms.

JOIN US FOR A THREE-DAY EVENT!!!

Register for the 25th Anniversary Minority Counsel Program (MCP) on May 16th and 17th and attend a full day of Natonal Conference for the Minority Lawyer (NCML) programming on May 15th —free of charge!

While MCP is designed to diversify corporate law departments and the law firms that serve them, NCML provides skills and career development programming for racially and ethnically diverse lawyers from a broad cross-section of practices who have been in practice for less than 10 years.
