We inspire the ABA and the profression to value differences, to be sensitive to prejudice, and to reflect the society we serve.

The Minority Counsel Program (MCP) continues to promote career growth and professional development for racially and ethnically diverse corporate lawyers, both in-house and at firms of all sizes.

The National Conference for the Minority Lawyer (NCML) provides skilled development programming for younger racially and ethnically diverse lawyers.

The programs meet twice a year bringing together an array of CLE programming and professional workshops.

This year, NCML and MCP will meet in New Orleans in celebraiton of MCP's 25th Anniversary! Join us for this magnificent 3-day event as we will honor ABA's very own.
