WCCC News: CLE on Brady Draws Over 110 Participants

The ABA Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Mid-Atlantic Regional Committee presented a CLE on Prosecutor's Brady/discovery obligations for production of documents on Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at Widener University School of Law, Delaware Campus. The presentation was lively and entertaining and included a tremendous amount of interaction with the audience moderated by CJS Chair Bruce Green (photo above).  WCC Committee Co-Chair Nick Harbist attended the very successful event organized by Delaware Lawyer Christopher S. Koyste.  The panelists were some of the most experienced prosecutors and defense attorneys in Delaware who practice in federal court including:

Joe Hurley, Delaware's most experienced criminal defense attorney who has been featured on the cover of Philadelphia magazine.
Richard Andrews, former First Assistant United States Attorney and acting United States Attorney in Delaware, current head of the Criminal Division of the Delaware Attorney General's Office.
Edson Bostic, Federal Public Defender for the District of Delaware, former member of Cozen O'Conner in Philadelphia.
Beth Moskow-Schnoll, former AUSA in Delaware, partner at Ballard Spahr in Philadelphia.
John Malik, one of Delaware's most experienced federal criminal defense attorneys.

Hors d'oeuvres and beverages were served after the program in the Barristers' Club at Widener Law.
