Free Self-Study CLE Credit through In The Know

Through “In The Know,” Business Law Section members have had the opportunity to earn 7.5 free CLE credits in 2014 so far, and will be able to earn at least 12 more credits before the end of the calendar year. All “In The Know” materials and audio are archived and available to Business Law Section members. In addition, the “In The Know” programs listed below are available remotely to Business Law Section members who practice in jurisdictions that recognize self-study CLE credit.

Follow the steps below to access this exclusive member benefit.

  1. Click on the link associated with each of the programs listed below these instructions.
  2. Select “Online Course” in the right column.
  3. Click “Add to cart.”
  4. Click “Checkout.”
  5. Log in to your ABA account using your email address (Call 800-285-2221 if you do not remember the email address that is associated with your ABA account).
  6. If you have a dues balance, you will see an option to “Pay Now.” You may pay now, or select “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Follow the remaining screen prompts to reach your free “In The Know” CLE program.
