The Brouhaha Over Intra-Corporate Forum Selection Provisions: A Legal, Economic, and Political Analysis,“ authored by Joseph A. Grundfest and Kristen A Savelle for the February 2013 issue of The Business Lawyer, was cited numerous times in the recent Chancery opinion in the Boilermakers Local 154 Retirement Fund v. Chevron Corporation case.

Joseph A. Grundfest is the William A. Franke Professor of Law and Business at Stanford Law School and Senior Faculty at the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. Professor Grundfest was a Commissioner at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission between 1985 and 1990. Kristen Savelle is a Research Fellow at the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University.
