The year 2011 will mark the 100th anniversary of the Supreme Court's landmark decision in Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey v. United States. On this occasion, the Section will host a two-day conference to examine key antitrust and consumer protection issues impacting the energy industry.

The Spring Meeting programming covers cutting-edge antitrust and consumer protection issues featuring a faculty of government enforcers and leading practitioners, corporate in-house counsel, and economists and academics from around the globe.

This one day conference focused on the future of consumer protection law, and was a "must attend" event for enforcers and practitioners. Our speakers included representatives from the FTC, State Attorneys General Offices, scholars, economists, industry, consumer advocates, and other professionals in consumer protection and privacy.
