Section Submits Comments on APA Reform Bill
On October 24, 2011, the Section submitted extensive comments on H.R. 3010, The Regulatory Accountability Act of 2011, to the House Judiciary Committee. Read the comments.

Administrative Law Conference attracts 600+ Attendees
ABA President Wm. T. (Bill) Robinson and House of Delegates Chair Linda Klein welcomed more than 600 government attorneys to the Section's annual administrative law conference. Award Winners honored included Gabriel Taussig, recipient of the Mary C. Lawton Award for Outstanding Government Service, Nina Mendelson, recipeint of the Award for Scholarship in Administrative Law, and Aaron Moore, recipient of the Gellhorn-Sargentich Law Student Essay Award Contest.
