ABA Resolutions Approved

  • 110A - Government Contractor Ethics

    On February 11, 2013, the ABA House of Delegates approved Resolution 110A, urging the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council to promulgate model contract language that focuses on the most significant ethical risks that arise in government contracts as well as the activities most likely to implicate those risks.

  • 110B - Campaign Contributions

    110B calls on Congress to ensure that all organizations making federal campaign contributions or expenditures are required to disclose such spending on a consistent basis, without regard to their tax status, and acknowledges the potential need for reasonable threshold limits to avoid First Amendment implications.
