  • Lobbying Resolution Adopted by HOD

    On Monday, August 8, the ABA House of Delegates passed a resolution urging Congress to modernize and strengthen the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA). Visit News and Announcements for the story and links to the Section's Task Force on Lobbying Law Report.

  • Immigration Resolution Adopted
