G. Ross Allen recently graduated SMU Dedman School of Law and is a first-year associate in Patent Litigation at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP

Nishat Hasan practices law at McCarter & English, LLP in Wilmington, DE.

Section Vice Chair Stephen Wu was recently elected as President-Elect of the SL Bar Association .  He takes office in February 2009 as the SLBA’s third President.  The SLBA is an informal professional organization for attorneys and legal professionals in the virtual world of Second Life, which is a 3D Internet application for social networking.  His avatar’s name is “Legal Writer” in Second Life.  Steve is a partner of Cooke Kobrick & Wu, LLP in Los Altos, CA and practices in areas such as eLitigation, eDiscovery, information technology deals, and data protection.
