Jessica Herrera-Flanigan, Congressional Committee on Homeland Security Staff Director and General Counsel, will join Monument Policy Group, LLC in Washington D.C. as a partner July 1st. Herrera-Flanigan also serves as Section Vice Chair of the Committee on Homeland Security.
