2011 Law Student Writing Contest
Have you written a current law school paper on either trust and estates or real property law? Interested in submitting it to potentially win $2,500, a trip to the 2011 RPTE Fall Leadership Meeting in Scottsdale, AZ and free RPTE membership for one year?
The 2011 Law Student Writing Contest is now accepting submissions from current law school and LL.M students attending an ABA-accredited law school. The contest is designed to encourage and reward law student writing on real property, and trust and estate law subjects of general and current interest.

The 2011 first place winner will receive $2,500 and a one year membership in the RPTE Section. The winner will also receive free round trip airfare and weekend accommodations to attend the RPTE Fall Leadership Meeting, November 4-5, in Scottsdale, AZ (valued at approximately $1,000). In addition, the first place winner's essay will be considered for publication in a future issue of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. The second place winner will receive $1,500 and the third place winner will receive $1,000. All winners will be announced in Probate & Property, the Section magazine.
